Picnic and Kayaking

Push some tables together under the trees if you are there before others. Bring something to share as well as your own main. Bring a chair just in case… If you plan to kayak: Meet before 11:00 at the canoe and kayak rental trailer on Tower Road by the Skokie Lagoons in  Winnetka.  This is just east of Skokie Blvd. (Rte. 41), exit on Tower Rd.  Park there by trailer.  Their phone is 847-414-5883. Rentals are $20 per hour for a single kayak and $30 for a double.  If you have your own kayak, you can launch from there as well.
