Northwest Nordic Ski Club Trip Policy

 

 

 

1.                  Trip Surcharges: An administrative surcharge is added to the cost of each sponsored trip.  The cost is based on the cost of the trip and is as follows:

 

 

a.       Trips costing less that $100               Surcharge $5

b.      Trips costing $100-$499                    Surcharge $10

c.       Trips costing over $500                     Surcharge $20

 

 

2.                  Sign Up: All trips are on a 1st come, 1st served basis.  A non-refundable deposit secures a place on the trip.  If the trip fills up, a waiting list will be started.  Unless noted otherwise, accommodations are usually double occupancy.  Those signing up as singles will share room with another of same gender.  When available, individuals may reserve a double room by paying price of double.

 

 

3.                  Payment: Minimum payment of 50% is due within 60 days of scheduled trip.  Balance due within 30 days of trip.  If payment is not received within specified time, space will go to those on the waiting list.  Make checks payable to NNSC.

 

 

4.                  Cancellation: If made 30 days prior to trip, a full refund will be issued.  If less than 30 days prior, refunds will depend on whether a replacement is found and the cancellation policy of the lodging establishment.
